Frog Town

If I had a choice, I would sleep in a rose, too.
At night the canyon echos with the sound of frogs.
It could be a million frogs.  You would have to hear it to believe it.
The  Orchid Cactus (Epiphyllum) is blooming.
The Clematis loves Bluebird Canyon.

My favorite Iris loves to reproduce throughout the garden.  I just move one bulb every year and
a dozen more plants pop up.

  6. Your irises are gorgeous Rachel and I have one similar to yours in the mosaic. We have had so much construction of new homes and businesses that the trees have been cut down and the swamp backfilled so that the chorus of spring peepers isn't heard any more. It's really sad.
Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday.

  7. Maybe the swamp will come back. When we had a landslide the frogs were washed out for a couple of years (broken water main flooded) but they came back. I love the frogs!
    Thank you, Judith.
