The Green Door

Behind the green door is the mermaid's garden!
Protea flowers love my backyard.  They are kind of fuzzy and alien looking.
Really cute, short and fat Delphinium!
The first Iris in the garden this spring.  I started with a small pot and now
there are bulbs all over the garden.

  1. How beautiful. I too am on the west coast but up in BC we are many months away from garden blooms like this.
    That clematis is really unusual.

  8. I love those green doors! I'm looking for some old shutters with that kind of patina to decorate my new porch. All your pretty flowers make me long for summer. Thank you for sharing this at my History & Home link party - Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com

  10. Love the Lavender with the door in the background. I have a huge lavender bush and just got an old door. Now I know how to put them together. I love it here in So Cal. We get wonderful weather to grow things
